Very disappointed, not with the store but with sees.com. I wanted to order a 2 or 3 pound box and maybe some lollypops. Website was out of stock. But they will notify you when it is back in stock. Okay, FINALLY it's in stock again. But sees.com won't take my costco gift cards with a pin. If you get out your magnifying glass, you will see that you cannot use costco gift cards on sale items. But my items were not on sale. A quick call to customer service as well as an email told me that I cannot use my gift cards on line. Huh, the back of the card says they are good on sees.com. If I knew that I would have all these problems, I would have ordered through another favorite candy store that has better prices and better shipping. But my friend loves See's. It is #1 on her list but #3 on mine. So plan B. Buy in store, put it in my airplane luggage and then drive it the last 200 mi to my friend. So what if Christmas comes 5 months late. Downside for See's is that my suitcase is small so my purchase will be smaller. And while my feelings for the brick and mortar store are generally positive, my feelings towards all the wasted time on the website and customer service are definitely NEGATIVE.

Had a friend that loved chocolate with something filling inside, so I got some from see's candy he loved it and I did too because I got one for myself as well. Oh my God it was so delicious.

Raylome was a delight this morning. So helpful! She answered all my questions without hesitation as I tend to ask many. My grandmother loved See's so I make it a point to stop by every once in a while. I love See's just like how she did for its quality and taste. The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff members were all really thoughtful and gracious. Happy holidays and wish you all the best!

See's is my favorite childhood chocolate roulette wheel. Like most kids, I would open the box and randomly pop one in my mouth to guess which flavor of ganache I got which was a hit or miss but since it was all wrapped in their luxurious chocolate, I didn't care. That box never lasted more than a couple of days in my house. Now that I'm a adult, I feel like it's almost cheating when I can just pick the good ones in the store and have only those put in the box. Always a welcome gift for or from anyone especially if they've lived or worked in the Bay Area. P.S. If you're ever a guest in my house and you so much as touch my See's Candies without asking, you WILL be escorted off my premises!

So yes, my posted photo shows a box of exquisite chocolates that have already been sampled but I could not help myself! I ordered online for my friends and a little something for myself. They outer red box was nicely sealed. Inside is the white See's box filled with a delicious assortment of chocolates. The aroma was incredible so I had to sample. I am limiting myself to two pieces per day because they are that good. I was given a box a few years ago by a friend that took a trip to California but we have No locations near us. My Yelp friends posted their boxes of chocolates from See's and the craving hit me! I had to have some, so I went online and was able to order with discounted shipping. I am in heaven!

Always friendly and accommodating. A wide selection of chocolates and fillings to help brighten everyone's day. I prefer the dark chocolates. But, there is something for everyone. They are one of the few stores in the area that have survived over the past few years. Matt says that if you are in the area of Sansome and Market, check this place out.
